So I went to the beach, that RENA wrecked.

I was lost for words.

The toxic viscose lay dangerously inert, inanimate.

Except for it's wafted scent.

Many stood like mullet, silently taking it in.

Tragic our beach ruined.

Harbours, inlets, our animals dying.

Human Error Kills.

Deluded confusion I lie straight in bed. 

Blindfolded she weighs the doubts in my head,

with the realities whose clarity only she sees.

My senses are numbed, blinder than she.

She says; Search only your heart live only whats there.

Tis the only way to make your path clear.

Tilting my face toward her covered stare.

She imparts a message silent and pure.

Love only who you are.

She kisses my lips with energized fingertips and is gone.

You know when you look at a piece and think wow! Where did that come from?

our vibrance fades 

to shades of grey

rote relays we fade 

upon our face 

empty space 

of what was 

now mute now grey
